FAQ's.

Taking a leap of faith into a more natural approach to your wellness and health can be daunting, but you aren't alone!  Here's a number of frequently asked questions that might help answer any unknowns.  If you have another question that's not here, then do get in touch.

Can I book a single appointment?

I ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months from my clients because from experience I have found that to make lasting changes to your health through nutrition and lifestyle requires commitment and accountability. Commit to better health and I will keep you accountable.

What testing do you offer?

When you join a 1:1 programme, I may recommend some functional laboratory tests to identify possible physiological imbalances. These tests will be an additional cost, but are not compulsory. I work with many different laboratories across London and worldwide providing a whole range of functional tests. If I believe a test will provide us with useful information for your case I will talk you through the options.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes - there is the option to pay upfront in full or set up a payment plan that spreads the monthly or weekly payments over the course of the package.

Do I have to be vegan to work with you?

Although I follow a plant based way of living, I love to work with anyone who is open to incorporating more plants into their day. Whether you are fully vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian or omnivore, all I ask is an open mind to increasing your daily plant count.

Do you work with clients outside of the UK?

Yes. I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
All appointments are currently on online via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 24hours notice of cancellation before any appointment. Cancellations within 24hrs will be charged in full. 

How does it work?
What’s the process?

  • Discovery Call
    Book in for a free 20-minute discovery call with me to find out if we are the right fit for each other, if not I will refer you to an alternative practitioner better suited to your case. There is no obligation, no pressure, let’s just have a chat.

  • Questionnaire and Three-day food diary
    Before your first appointment we will send you an in-depth questionnaire and three-day food dairy. This is your opportunity to give me all the details and history to your health story. This provides me with the info I need to research your case and ensure our time together is the most effective.

  • Initial consultation
    This will be 1.5hrs long which we will spend deep-diving into your health story so I can better understand your situation. At this point I may recommend one or more functional tests.

  • Follow-up consultations
    I like to work intensely to keep momentum and get results. Usually, the 1hr follow up consultations will be either every week or bi-weekly; however, this may vary depending on your individual case.

  • Whatspp communication
    If you choose to commit to the Truly Well Package I am there to support you and keep you accountable throughout the process. You will have direct text and voice note access to me via Whatsapp between appointments.
