Retreat with Katie in beautiful and unique locations around the world.  Katie has combined her love of beautiful plant based nutrition alongside yoga and outdoor activities to create luxury, experiential retreats that bring you out of your head and into your body. 


Spending time in nature will give you a chance to reconnect and rebalance. Trying new activities such as hiking, climbing, surfing or paddle boarding will take you out of your busy brain and into the present moment. 


Holistic Approach 

Katie partners with other leading practitioners allowing you to experience other holistic practices and treatments as well as sharing insights into the latest wellbeing rituals and products. 

You will learn to integrate simple but powerful routines and practices into your daily life that you can take home with you. You will also receive a 1:1 with Katie prior to the retreat, providing you with a personalised health plan you can follow on returning home.
