Your Daily Reset

WEEKLY LIVE YOGA SESSIONS

Two live sessions each week:

20-minute Weekly Reset

Mondays 7am (UK Time)

A short, guided practice designed to be repeated daily.

Each session includes a combination of: breathwork, simple movements, meditation and kriya-style elements.

Alongside this, music is used to create a steady rhythm to the practice, helping you stay focused without overthinking. The recording will stay available for 7 days, so you can come back to the same practice each morning without having to think about what to do.

45–60 minute Flow Session

Wednesday 9.15am (UK time)

A longer, more energising session to move your body, build strength, and properly reset.

These classes are flow-based, but always anchored in the breath.

The focus isn’t on intensity or performance — it’s on staying connected to your breath throughout, so your mind doesn’t take over.

This is where you:

– build strength and stability
– improve energy
– create space in your body
– and come back out of your head

The breath is the constant throughout. It’s what brings you back to yourself, away from the noise and the constant stream of thoughts.

What yoga is
for me

I came to yoga when I was 18, and it’s been a constant ever since. Through anxiety, panic, cancer, and periods of intense health anxiety, it’s been the thing I return to when everything feels overwhelming.

I’ve practised many different styles over the years — Ashtanga, Dharma, Vinyasa, Power, Kundalini, Yin — and built a consistent meditation practice over the last nine years. But what matters most isn’t the style, it’s the consistency.

Yoga, for me, is a way of life. It’s not just the movement, but the philosophy behind it — how I think, how I respond, how I move through the world.

It’s what allows me to live life more fully. It helps me step out of the noise in my head and back into my body. It gives me clarity, helps me see all I have to be grateful for, and creates space to understand what is truly me and what are just patterns or beliefs I’ve picked up along the way.

It doesn’t change what’s happening around me, but it changes how I experience it — and that changes everything

This is what I want this to become for you too.

A simple practice you come back to each day — not because you have to, but because you can feel the difference.

Something that helps you step out of your head, reset your system, and move through your day with more clarity and calm.
